Once you make the booking you will be sent a confirmation email with contact details of the tour company ie phone number /email address etc. So if you make the booking email the tour company directly after to let them know what hostel you're staying in. Hope this helps,

Hi Steph,
When you say 11am do you mean to your hostel at 11am? I just looked at the only tour to Krakow we have on the site (run by 'See Krakow') and it says pickup is at 1pm from your hotel/hostel. You should be ok?

very strange. you should be able to see your confirmation. is it ok with the other bookings? i've re-sent you your confirmation though so it should be in your email now.

If you click on 'Copenhagen' it will bring you to a page about the city. but if you click on 'Danhostel...' it should bring you to a page with your booking details ie a confirmation page. there shouldn't be a popup?
